Warranty

Simplyteak.com offers a 2-year warranty on wood and hardware. This allows for replacement of any defective component at no charge within the first 2 years. Claim forms are available at your request. Depending on the claim, Simplyteak.com will remedy the situation in one of the following manners:

• Send replacement hardware
• Repair item in Austin, TX workshop
• Replace item

The warranty does not cover damages caused by the effects of normal wear and tear, severe weather occurrences, negligence, misuse, and unauthorized repairs. Please contact customer service for more information.
